Hello! I’m Kasia.

(pronounced ‘kasha’ - like Tasha, but with a ‘K’)

Award-winning, multi-disciplinary artist, and the founder and creative mind behind Sunny Street Creative Studio.

Since graduating from Sheridan's renowned Bachelor of Animation and Bachelor of Illustration programs, I’ve worked with clients worldwide in from a variety of industries including, education, advertising, marketing and communications, health and wellness, and publishing. 

I've become an expert in developing fresh, creative solutions across multiple platforms and applications. My background in animation, illustration, and design, gives me a unique perspective that has allowed me to work as a professional artist in various capacities over the last decade. I oversee every project for Sunny Street Studio, and occasionally work and collaborate with other creatives and studios on a per-project basis.

Aside from running my freelance creative practice from my home studio, I also work as an Advanced Arts Instructor, Program Specialist, and Graphic Designer for the City of Ottawa, teaching Art & Drawing, STEAM (science + art), and Cartooning & Comics for kids/teens, as well as Plein Air and Drawing for adults.

When I'm not pushing pixels, pencils, or paint, I enjoy travelling and spending time in the great outdoors - especially on a bike, snowboard, or in a well-worn pair of hiking boots.
